Education

July 2007: Bachelor in Philosophy cum laude, University of Parma, Faculty of Letters and Philosophy. Dissertation topic: The Problem of Objectivity in the Philosophy of Richard Rorty. Supervisors: Gisele Fisher (Logic and Philosophy of Science), Andrea Bianchi (Philosophy of Language).

February 2005: Piano Diploma, Parma Conservatory of Music.

Subsidiary exams taken: Theory and solfege, Music Harmony, Music History and Aesthetics.

July 2008: Music Education Diploma, Parma Conservatory of Music.

In 2003 I was awarded Best Student by the University of Parma.

During my musical studies I have enjoyed the Erasmus Program at the Music Conservatory of Szeged (in Hungary, from September 2003 toApril 2004). Supervisor: Zsigmond Zoltan Professor.

As a PhD I was a visiting student at the Sydney University (in Australia, from July 2008 to December 2008). Supervisor: Luca Moretti Professor.

Current Position

PhD Student in Philosophy at the University of Bologna.

Member of Cogito Research Centre in Philosophy directed by Paolo Leonardi Professor

Interests

Epistemology (the Problem of Justification, Skepticism, the Epistemology of Testimony), Truth and Relativism, Philosophy of Language, Philosophy of Richard Rorty.

Job Experiences

I have taught Music and Piano for some years (2004-2008) in Primary and Secondary Schools in Parma. As a performer I have appeared as piano soloist and in chamber ensemble in various town of Italy, in Hungary (Szeged, Pècs), in Serbia (Szabadka).

Linguistic competences

Good knowledge of English, basic knowledge of Hungarian.
